Unless you felt that the rocket taking off when you "finished" Tetris is a story too... about how you were really building the launch pad for the rocket or something. That's about as much of a story as Q.U.B.E. has.It looks very good, has kept me busy for quite a number of hours and as such I feel is definitely worth its price.

It's difficult not to draw parallels to Portal. You are a test subject in a unique environment interacting with your surroundings in a creative way. But here you are alone: There is no humor, no cynicsm, no cake lie, only partially frustrating puzzles thanks to the imprecise controls – nothing else.

With an acceptable duration, some challenging puzzles and the ability to constantly surprise, Toxic Games has created a title with personality. It's a must have for any lover of the genre and a great way to enter the world of the puzzle for novices.

Overall, Q.U.B.E. isn't on par with Portal 2, but it offers a delightful on-screen Rubik's Cube to puzzle-lovers and perfectionists everywhere -- maybe just don't tell anyone you played with blocks all day.

It might look like Portal but it certainly doesn't play like it, which is a good thing in terms of the puzzles but not the dour presentation and story.

It's like portal but more plain with no feelings. It's quite grey in it's game play. All and all it's a fun but short game, not to hard puzzles but worth it's small price tag for the content it provides. I hope this is a step towards more of these kind of games

Q.U.B.E. may have some wonderfully clever puzzles, but without any sort of personality, it ends up feeling as boring as its whitewashed walls.
